Organization of Groups

From Today’s discussion of the Coaches Club:

What are the different organizational forms of a learning group?
Blue = Students, Red = Teachers.

There are many forms of organization.
A good facilitator/teacher/trainer is aware of different forms and can facilitate various forms in a group.

Which organizational form is chosen depends on the desired effect, the people, and the practiced subject.

If you lead a group, you shall have an understanding of group and learning organization and use this as a tool to aid the desired effects in the group
