Organization of Groups

From Today’s discussion of the Coaches Club:

What are the different organizational forms of a learning group?
Blue = Students, Red = Teachers.

There are many forms of organization.
A good facilitator/teacher/trainer is aware of different forms and can facilitate various forms in a group.

Which organizational form is chosen depends on the desired effect, the people, and the practiced subject.

Some contemplation-aids so that you can find organizational forms by yourself:

• - Is there a teacher?
• - How diverse is the group?
• - With whom does the teacher communicate?
• - When does the teacher communicate?
• - How is something instructed?
• - How/when/why do the students communicate with each other.
• - To whom does the student address a question?
• - When is a student starting to teach/give advice/answer questions
• - Is this picture from Joseph or from Kandinsky?

If you lead a group, you shall have an understanding of group and learning organization and use this as a tool to aid the desired effects in the group
