Was ist Low Sugar Training?

What is Low Sugar Training? Low sugar training refers to the ability to stay focused on something for a long time, in contrast to sugar-based training, where I constantly need new input. So here we use a metaphor from nutrition, where I have the sugary products that don’t really fill me up, but rather only make it so that I want to keep consuming sugary products.
When I eat candy, I often want more of it instead of less and if I have much of it regularly, then I will be increasingly reliant on it and want more and more sugary products and lose the ability to enjoy the really healthy, but bitter-tasting products or foods.
So Low Sugar Training is our ability to stay with something, even when these things are sometimes bitter and don’t generate the same instant joy as the sugary products. However, in the long run they make sure I maintain a basic well-being, and that I arrive at the top of the mountain.
Climbing the mountain is not easy, it is laborious, but if I stick to it, I’ll arrive at the top and have the view. That’s the principle of Low Sugar Trainings.
The problem is that we have so much sugar around us these days.
Everywhere there are new things and new products and more and more and more, so it’s hard for many of us to stay with one thing. Especially if this thing is difficult, exhausting, requires mental energy and if it is sometimes not easy to see the path, to see the end of the tunnel, but rather one walks around in the dark for a long time. So for many of us, a point comes where we want to stop, where we want to do other things, where we again need more sugar, and that means that certain things remain unavailable to us, things in which there’s a lot to them.
There is depth, and to arrive in the depth, we have to dive, and the diving is not always easy.
That’s low sugar training.
