The floor and movements close to it offers many possibilities to condition yourself. Strength, Endurance, Mobility, Balance etc. are all things you can train well in this realm.
Contrary to the joke I make about this sequence it is not a complete practice. It lacks the "3rd Dimension" for example. But it offers a lot. If you know how to move over the floor you can train anywhere.
