This Video is a collection of clips from 2016. Almost all of them I just filmed for myself to look at my form or to remember. So the collection is very random and nearly all videos are just filmed during regular training or classes.
My movement training is heavily influenced by my teacher Ido Portal as well as Martin Kilvady, Shai Faran, Jozef Frucek&Linda Kapetanea.
