Quick walk-through for the Rotation Into Bridge.
Especially for people who are less flexible.
Starting with the low rotation into bridge.
Note that you might need several extra exercises to increase your mobility before you are able to do this, especially if you have never done any arching in your live. Some this is super easy, for some super hard. I am especially interested to help the people that struggle because I have struggled with this movement a lot.
The audio is not particular good because this was filmed on the fly without our microphones and I didn't bother talking camera friendly, the room has a lot of echo unfortunately. It will be still very useful for many people.
