The Archer Push-ups are part of our Strength Development Program as well as our Floor Movement Program.
This exercise is more advanced than normal push-ups. You should be able to do at least 10 strict push-ups (from locked elbows to chest touching the floor) for 3 sets with 90s breaks in between sets before starting to practice this exercise. Start with the easier versions that I show in this video.
