I somehow feel that people understand less of what we are doing after their first class because now they think they’ve seen it. If we do some stretching in that class, they start to think we do a lot of stretching etc.
It’s the same with this Video. After you see it, maybe you actually know less about what is happening.
But also for myself, I feel this way. Every year that passes my understanding of what we do becomes less and less. Maybe at some point, I will have zero understanding of what is happening. Or maybe, that’s already the case.
