Wrist activation

This is a wrist activator I currently do before Handstand sessions. I feel quite a difference, especially in my first sets, compared to when I am not doing it. A set takes me around 2min. For me, usually, one set is enough for the effect, but one set, then shoulder activators, and then another set can be good as well.

It would be interesting for me to know how this is for you. If you do it for Handstand, the effect occurs when you are already at a level where you can balance. Beginners can also use this, but I assume the effect is more substantial when you are at the free balance level.

I feel that my wrists feel safer with this, which immediately affects performance.

It can also be used for other things than HS, of course.
