Woodworking tools

Woodworking is a craft that knows many many tools. ⁠ ⁠

You can spend a lot of space and money on a nice workplace.⁠ ⁠

I use a very compact set up in the garden to do my woodworking, and I can store it in a small space in the cellar. I only use small tools, no big machines. I prefer to work outside because of health precautions concerning sawdust. I like to work outside anyway.⁠ ⁠

When I do a project, I make a conscious decision about which tools do I use. How much electricity do I want to put into this project? ⁠
I like to do things by hand, but I’m not a Luddite as well. But it has value for me to do things without the electric machines. It’s slower, it’s quieter, and it often needs more skill, more accuracy. ⁠

The private workshops are the places where old skills and ways can prevail.⁠
