We arrived in our group training winter quarters in @katapultberlin.
The floor is one of our winter topics. In the video, you can see some beginner combinations of three patterns: crab (sideways parallel shift), role (360 turn around the hands), and dragon squat (crossing the knees/feet in the squat).
Through the following months, we will build up material, strengthen and mobilize and work on topics connected with the floor, like the bridge.
