Weighted long lunge
Weighted long lunge holds. I did 3 sets of 45s with 28kg here as a finisher of my session. To start with this exercise:
Feet should be somewhat in line to increase demand on balance
Posterior Pelvic Tilt
Increase the step length through time. Start easy.
Only use your body weight when you start. I took my time before I added weight.
Hold 3x20s/s (seconds per side) with 60s rbs (rest between sets)
