Wall Traverses

Finishing up the first day of our 3 Day Open Intensive 2018 with wall traverses. Specific strength training useful for all sort of climbing situations. I was asked the recent Live Q&A on YouTube if I have specific methods to train organic strength. We are using the idea of strength for specific movement situations and a training that is resembling those situations. So specific climbing strength done on the climbing wall or in this case strength applicable for climbing and jumping on walls, grappling strength training done with another person, strength to move at the floor level done on the floor etc. Here we practice with coordinations that are the same or very close to the movement scenarios.⠀
