Various chess pieces that have been carved by the participants of the 30 Day. Cutting these pieces creates some good practice on how to use the knife. The best carving knives are quite small and thin. In wilderness workshops you often see the rookies coming with huge knives the first time they attend, through time the blades get smaller and smaller. ⠀

Let's change back from a culture where people are called consumers to a culture where people are creators or prosumers. ⠀

Skill (besides knowledge) is the base of autonomy. ⠀
