A short sequence for inbetween

A good little sequence to warm-up, start the morning or as a “Zwischenroutine” when working at the computer.

Good Morning -> Squat -> Kneeling - Tall Kneeling -> Seiza -> Straight Leg Sit through Mermaid -> Lying on the Back

The last movement where you lay down on the back can be done more sideways as well or with the help of the hands, as not everyone likes this straight way down in the beginning.

Do the sequence 10-20 times in a row. Break up all the sitting.

Skip the laying down if you are in an office with other people and you are the only one caring about your health and you don’t want to get to much attention.
