Getting our potatoes from the garden.
We have collected a lot of edibles from the garden and the surroundings this year.
My area is full of free food. No money required. Just go outside. But we are the only ones under 60 doing that here it seems. Everyone is so busy, busy, busy. No time to pick some fruits, to scout the area, to know your surroundings. 
The "gardens" of the people freshly moving to my area are just plain grass, so they do not need to invest any time in it. So much land where you could grow your own things. Just English bourgeois grass. 
What a great pleasure it is to just go outside and collect your foot. What a great pleasure it is, to go out without a wallet. Why oh why are we so busy. Rushing to the supermarket, past the apple trees.
