Understanding tension and relaxation is one main element of my teaching this year. Most peoples practice
is missing the relaxation element. Especially young males walk around with a lot of unnecessary tension.
This can lead to injury, hurts your communication and takes a lot of energy. You will lose all your
tension in a survival situation and tense your muscles only as much as you need, but in the city people
have a lot of tension, some because of what they do physically, some because of fear or anxiety. Relax.
That's the message here.
