Now it's time to apply apply apply.
We are just starting into a Parkour-Phase in our Berlin Group Training. Training of the body potential will be put into "as much as needed" mode, while we are going for actual movement. Some seem to prepare their whole life for something that is never happening. I am trying to keep the preparation to as much as needed and then do actual movement scenarios, as I have noticed on myself that spending too much time with preparation will only get you so far. If you don't practice the actual specific skills of different scenarios you are left with wasted potential.
The meta-model only works if combined with specificity.
