Moving close to the floor was a main topic of the 3rd week of the 30 Day Immersion Month.
For didactic reasons I separate this world into three sub worlds:
1. The lying world
2. The sitting/squatting world
3. The crawling world
All three worlds are very different from another and put different demands on the body.
The sequence shown here is moving from the lying world, into the sitting world and into the crawling world and consists of seven movements, that have been first practiced each on their own, and then later put together more and more until we arrived at this sequence.
A side note: I have no fixed sequences, but make them up on the spot, because:
1. I want to stay sharp and not get numb because I constantly repeat myself.
2. I want to keep the taste and love for what I am doing and teaching.
