Going up and down without pause in jumpy style conditioning.
Do 1min, rest 1min, do 5 times.
Actually, because we are pretty degenerated in our society just do 30s, rest 2min, and then go one more time. Wait until the next day if you are okay. Increase volume from there.
You can also go from lying to standing.
Can be used in group training scenarios, but has to be applied carefully.
