What looks like a joke is serious. Do not become a slave of your warm-up.
If you
just come from sitting 8h at a desk, please warm-up, but if you are physically active throughout the
day, do you always need to warm-up? Can you go directly into the things? Might this be a state worth
acquiring? Where you can just go...
