▫️This was filmed when I spoke about sequencing things differently in the head using crawling patterns.
Something can look the same or almost the same from the outside, while I can have very different
sensations on the inside because I changed where I start the count of the sequence.

observations that help to practice movement and provide a deeper understanding of the matter.
