Grinding rye at the school to make fresh bread.
A holistic approach means to take things into your own hands. This is the antithesis to the super specialized society where you are just a mini mini mini cogwheel in a massive factory. As a wheel, you contribute to the whole as a part of it. That’s great and I value that a lot. But I also greatly value autonomy. It is about finding the balance.
