Without Christian and Annika nothing would work over here. Setting up our school is only possible with us working closely together. I am happy I can employ Christian. Something I was never offered and get me into difficult financial situations several times. Like always... we do things a bit differently, as I value autonomy much more than slavery. First of all I do not give orders nor fixed schedules. We are doing things together, letting everyone stay autonomous, keeping the hierarchy as low as possible.

I can recommend the book "Let my people go surfing" by Yvon Chouinard.
