This one will train your eyes! Look closely at the hands and the feet! Notice it’s shown unilateral (one-sided). Of course, we invite you to do it on the other side as well.

With every coordination, you build your web of associations. The effect of coordinative a coordinative training like this is not disappearing any time soon! Unlike strength training, the training effect will stay with you for a long time and make you more proficient at moving and learning new moves. You build movement memory, and that helps you to learn. It’s like learning a language, once you have a particular base in a language it becomes easier and easier.
