Coordination 10/30 - First Principle

Difficulty: 2 Okay Guys, let’s talk about the first principle that will help you to learn the patterns!

FIRST PRINCIPLE

  1. Look only at the legs and practice only them
  2. Look only at the arms and practice only them
  3. Look at the arms and legs together and how they relate to another
  4. Note: 1. & 2. can be switched around depending on the pattern.
  5. Note: You don’t have to do it this way, it’s just a help if you struggle

In the auxiliary video, I use this principle.
